Unless otherwise set forth in your purchase order, all items purchased from BioSecurity.com are made pursuant to a “shipment contract” which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon BioSecurity.com’s delivery to the carrier (FOB carrier). If, after delivery and inspection, you determine that the Products or services do not conform to your specifications and are, therefore, unacceptable, please notify us immediately. BioSecurity.com will either replace the rejected Products, or issue a credit therefore, at BioSecurity.com’s option, as the exclusive remedy.

Such personal information may include your name, company name, and e-mail address, and with respect to purchases, your shipping address and billing information. We will only use this information for the purposes for which you provided it to BioSecurity.com. With your approval, on a regular basis we will send you E-mail messages or newsletters about our Products. BioSecurity.com does not share your contact information with any other third party without your consent, except to a court or governmental agency if required by law, as required by a court of competent jurisdiction, or to third parties it engages to provide services that involve data processing on its behalf. Such third parties do not include advertisers or marketers that would contact or solicit you. For example, BioSecurity.com engages a third party to process credit card payments for service fees, and will disclose billing information to such third party only as necessary for them to process such transactions. In addition, BioSecurity.com works with an e-mail announcement service, in order to administer BioSecurity.com’s newsletter and email distribution. Once the data reaches BioSecurity.com’s server, your personal data will be protected by the same security software BioSecurity.com uses to guard all of its essential business data.

How we use “cookies” – As you probably know, “cookies” are small pieces of information that some Web sites store on your computer’s hard drive when you visit them. Like many other Web sites, the Site uses cookies to identify products that you have selected to sample. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies but allow you to modify security settings so you can approve or reject cookies on a case-by-case basis. Even if you do not use cookies, you can still access all of the features on our site.

Security – BioSecurity.com utilizes the proven advanced secure payment system with VeriSign® to process credit card orders. The credit-card information you enter into the sample form and order form is secure. Nevertheless, it is impossible to guarantee the security of information you disclose online from a sufficiently powerful attack from unauthorized third parties.

You agree to follow any instructions for use that accompany the Products.

In no event shall BioSecurity.com be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information system), even if BioSecurity.com has been advised, knew, or should have known of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or related to (i) your use of or reliance on the Site or Catalog, or any information, hyperlinks or content contained therein, (ii) your provision of information, personal or otherwise, to BioSecurity.com, (iii) the provision of Products or services by BioSecurity.com, (iv) acts or negligence on the part of BioSecurity.com, its agents or employees, or (v) your use of any Products. California Proposition 65 Statement

California's Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals. We care about our customers' safety and hope that the information below helps with your purchasing decisions.

California voters approved Proposition 65 in 1986 to “protect California citizens and the State’s drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposure to such chemicals.” This law applies to people and businesses in California, including those who ship products into the state. Under Prop 65, the State maintains a long list of chemicals that are considered under the statute to be either carcinogens or reproductive toxicants. Many chemicals are on both lists. Currently, over 900 chemicals are listed. These chemicals can be naturally occurring in the Earth's soil, in the environment or manufactured, and are found in a vast array of consumer products.

One of the core principals of our business is to provide our customers with high quality and safe products. Our products meet all applicable federal standards.

The following warning statements are required by California law and apply to all the products available from us. This California regulation does not address safe levels for most of the chemicals on the list. Anything detectable at any level, including trace amounts, must be noted with the “Safe Harbor” wording.

Proposition 65 Warning

WARNING: This product contains
a chemical known to the State of
California to cause cancer.

WARNING: This product contains

reproductive harm.

If your company intends to use our components in a product sold or delivered in California, we recommend that you take steps to determine whether the warning requirements of California’s “Prop 65” apply. Your company is solely responsible for determining whether your finished consumer product needs to be labeled in compliance with Prop 65.
